Because our design plans and deliverables are provided as digital files, all sales are considered final once delivered. Digital products cannot be returned or “un-downloaded,” so we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any custom or pre-designed floor plans.

We encourage all clients to review their quote, scope, and drafts carefully during the design process. We also offer multiple revision rounds to ensure your satisfaction before final delivery. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business.
